1.Lift pull switch kit

This sensor connect the seeder using a 2-pin cable , the sowing shaft of the seeder can automatically work and stop when the implements is raised or lowered.

The switch is fitted in a metal box and mounted on the upper link of 3-point,using a spring (for length compensation) and a chain when the implements lifted,the chain path becomes longer and pull switch switchs off and seeder stop sowing,however if implements lowered,the spring reset and switch switchs on and seeder sowing again.

2.Seed Agitator

Seed agitator fitted standard above the roller shaft to avoid any bridging of seed,which can also ensures an efficient and gentle flow of seeds.

3.Control panel LCD pad in-cab

The Android based user-friendly LCD pad  fitted in cab allows the operator to control and adjust basic seeding parameters.

It also can monitoring the seeder hoses condition,seeds level,caculating working time and area in real time,Simple touch button priming switch on the seeder unit for seed calibration.

4.Seed level sensor

Inside the hopper there is a seed level sensor connected to the control box and a allowing quick and easy view of seed levels.

5.Control and drive system

The amount of seed applied is controlled by the speed of the  metering roller and is adjusted until the desired seed rate is  achieved. The Yongxiang seeder has a clever  step-less 12V electric motor that is constantly checked and adjusted by the  computer control box to give you a constant seed rate at all times.

6.Radar sensor for rate-speed adjust

All YongXiang Seeders have a radar sensor metering the farward speed and feed back the speed value to control box,give constant forward speed related seed metering. It does not matter if you slow down or increase your speed you will always get the correct seed rate.

7.Electric fan airflow seeds delivery

The two 12v electric fans provide the airflow to deliver the seed down the pipe to the correct position ,makes seeds delivering instanty and evenly.

The fans are totally enclosed by mesh air intakes to prevent the ingress of straw and chaff.

                 
8.Fertilizer discharge outlet

Fertilizer is delivered to the final discharge outlet by airflow ,with powerful airflow and no fertilizer blockage.
