Seed dosing mechanism (seeding shaft)
YongXiang seeders use different metering shafts for different types of green manure and other applied material. Correct selection of the shaft ensures accurate seeding dosage. This is extremely important when using low seeding rates and small seed sizes. Replacing the sowing shaft for various green manures, such as phacelia, lupine, mustard, alfalfa, radish, etc., is carried out without the use of tools.
Application management console (tablet)
The large and contrasting 10-inch console allows the operator to monitor and adjust key planting parameters in any lighting conditions.
Simple operation, calibration, emptying of remaining material, monitoring the seed level in the hopper in real time.
Control system and drive
The exact amount of seed applied is ensured by a correctly selected shaft, precise synchronization of the speed of the metering shaft and the desired value of the seeding rate.
The YongXiang seeder is equipped with a 12V stepless electric motor, which is continuously monitored and adjusted by the central control system to continuously ensure a constant seeding rate.
Electric fan (blower)
Two 12V electric fans create a powerful air flow that instantly transports seeds through the seed tubes to the baffles or pipe tubes, ensuring an even supply of seeds. The fans are protected by an air intake mesh that prevents the entry of straw and debris.
Radar sensor for measuring the speed of the seeder
YongXiang seed drills are equipped with a radar sensor that measures the forward speed and transmits the exact speed to the control console. This ensures synchronized material flow (seeding shaft rotation speed) regardless of whether you are slowing down or speeding up.
Agitator and seed level sensor
The seed tedder is installed directly above the spool shaft to avoid seed caking and ensure a continuous and gentle seed flow. There is a level sensor at the bottom of the hopper. This allows you to control and timely receive information about the need to load the bunker.
Independent locking and opening of outlets
The seeder is equipped with a specially designed L-shaped plug, with which you can plug the seed tubes if necessary. When the long part of the plug is inserted into the seeder, the corresponding outlet hole is blocked and the seeds do not flow through the hole into the chamber. Otherwise, when the short part of the plug is inserted into the seeder, the corresponding hole will open and the seeds will flow again.Having a seeder with 8 outputs, it is quite easy to get a unit with 3, 4...7 outputs, depending on the working width of the implement.
Hopper split 50/50 or 60/40

Seed tube clogging sensors
We came to the conclusion that without sensors for clogging of the seed tubes it is impossible to organize continuous, skip-free sowing. They are therefore included as standard on every seed drill. Information about clogging of the seed tube is displayed on the console.
Broadcast (fan) or row sowing
The seeder ensures uniform distribution of seeds regardless of wind conditions.
The standard equipment of the seeder includes 8 or 12 partitions with U-shaped brackets (bumpers), which are used for fan sowing. When sowing in rows (optional), instead of bumpers, metal outlets in the form of tubes are installed at the end of the seed tubes.
